The 1.3-Litre Four-Cylinder Engine in the Yaris sedan generates a Maximum Output of 98 hp and 12.5 kg-m of Torque and is mated to either a Five-Speed Manual Transmission or a CVT Transmission. On the other hand, the 1.5-Litre Four-Cylinder Engine in the Yaris sedan and hatchback, can churn out a Maximum Output of 106 hp and 14.3 kg-m of Torque and is mated to the CVT Transmission to offer a smooth shifting experience with excellent fuel efficiency.
